Good evening, CROC families!

As we are gearing up for our first meet on Wednesday at Milestone, please make sure you have downloaded the Swimtopia app and designated Ashcreek Crocs as your home team. The app is very user friendly and will be a useful tool to see your swimmers events (and event #) as well as jobs you have signed up for under each meet. Swimtopia does not have the ability for us to print labels with your swimmer events so please be aware of that change this year. We will have permanent markers and index cards available at the check in table if you need them. 

Reminders:

1. You will still need to check your swimmer in. We will mark them off as present. This is VERY IMPORTANT for Kaelin and determining relays. 

2. If you are scheduled to work a shift, we will also have a list printed so you can sign in as well. I have hand written name tags for jobs this week and will continue to do so for the season so other workers will know your name.  

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we navigate all the changes this year! We still have a few job openings for away meets at Goochland and Twin Hickory. If there is anyone willing to pick up an extra job or switch from a home meet (easier for us to get teen volunteers) to an away meet, we would greatly appreciate it:)
