Good Afternoon, 

It is time to declare your swimmers for our FIRST swim meet of the season, which will take place on Wednesday, June 4th. Swimmers need to be declared by Sunday, June 1st at 8pm. 

In order for Coach Kaelin to place the swimmers in events, all swimmers need to be marked "attending" or "not attending". 

To declare your swimmers:

1. Click this link: Calendar - Ashcreek Crocs
2. Click the green "Meet Entry" square beside the June 4th AshCreek at Milestone Swim Meet Calendar Event
3. Click the gray "Edit" button
4. Choose either "Attending this meet" or "Not attending this meet" for each swimmer in your family. You can also provide any notes you would like Coach Kaelin to know.
5. There will be a dropdown for the swimmers that are "Attending this meet" to declare whether each swimmer is available for relays.

Thank you so much for declaring your swimmers by 8pm on Sunday, June 1st so Coach Kaelin can place children in events and prepare for the meet.
